WATER TREATMENT
The treatment to adjust the hardness in water or remove the chlorine before making the beer. This is achieved by adding chemicals and minerals such as Calcium Sulphate (Gypsum).
WORT
The name given to the liquid containing the malt and sugar during fermentation.
