LAGER
A beer usually made with a bottom fermenting yeast in lower temperatures, with a slow fermentation and matured for long periods.

LAGER MALT
Malt used to make lager. It is similar in appearence to pale malt but is slightly lighter. As the two malts are entirely different, this is not a substitute for pale malt.

LAGER YEAST
A strain of yeast that ferments at the bottom of the bucket under lower temperatures.

LIQUOR
The beer makers term for water.
